Getting here

Private parking for one vehicle. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seaham station is around five minutes away on foot.

Arrivals

Self check-in by key safe from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Accessibility

This traditional two-storey home has entrance steps and narrow doorways. All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, and there is no step-free or wheelchair access.

For families

A highchair is available.
Bedding and towels are included.

Peace and quiet

To keep The Lobster Pot peaceful for our neighbours and other guests,
Stag and Hen parties are not permitted.
Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am.
